What happens if it Rains?
Each car carries a White and a Black umbrella; these are large and will provide maximum protection to the Bride, Brides Father and the Groom.

Can we choose our own ribbon colour?
Our cars are decorated in the traditional way with white/ivory ribbons within the hire price; however, you are invited to supply your own ribbons to co-ordinate with the bride. Our cars also have a display of Silk Flowers on the rear parcel shelf; these can also be supplied by the hirer if required to co-ordinate with the bride.

Can I see the Wedding car before the wedding?
We are always pleased to let the hirer view their wedding car prior to the wedding; however, this is by appointment only.

Can the same car be used to deliver the Bridesmaids and the Bride?
Two journeys is not normally a problem providing the trips can be achieved on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays on the way.

Do you drive the Bride and Groom to the Honeymoon Hotel after the reception?
Yes, if required, but this would be quoted for as an additional hire.

How do I book my wedding car?
You may make a reservation by phone, Email or by post. This reservation, without payment expires after 14 days. A booking, using our booking form requires 10% deposit with the booking and full payment no later than 28 days before the wedding. Bookings for weddings within a 28 day period are to be paid for in full when booking the car.

What if the wedding is cancelled?
The 10% deposit is non refundable, however, provided we are informed in writing 28 days before the wedding, no further charges will be levied.

Are you available for weekday weddings?
Yes, we give a 10% discount for weddings Monday – Friday.

Confetti throwing?
It is not considered fair to the owners of these vehicles to have confetti thrown within the car; confetti is not colour fast and on wet days can stain the interior of these valuable vehicles. Alcohol and Smoking is also not permitted.

How long is our hire period?
Typically, we allow a maximum of 3 hours for each wedding, starting at the Brides pick up point through to delivery to the reception venue. A degree of flexibility ensures the car will not normally leave before all photographs are taken.

What area do you cover?
Our standard advertised price covers the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area’s (10 miles from Bournemouth Travel Exchange). Each wedding is somewhat unique and may incur costs above the quoted price. We are happy to quote for a wedding outside of our normal operating area but this will incur additional costs.

What if the car broke down?

Every endeavour is made to ensure our cars are serviced and maintained to the highest standards. In the unlikely event of a breakdown before or during the hire period we will always provide transport to complete the hiring. In this event a refund will be offered to compensate for the Brides disappointment. The refund will never be more than the standard hire charge less any charges for alternative transport.

Can you arrange a video of the wedding day events?
Yes, our photographic team can provide a full range of photographic memories from stills to video.
