Terms and Conditions

• Your car will be cleaned and valeted before leaving on your big day. Sometimes, due to weather conditions and the distance travelled, the car will pick up some surface grime. However, the Chauffeur will endeavour to present the car as clean as possible for your wedding photographs.

• The Hirer is to provide all times, dates, addresses etc. on our booking form.

• Any changes to the agreed times etc. might invalidate the agreed hire.

• A £60.00 deposit is required when booking your wedding car with the balance payable 28 days prior to the wedding. Bookings for cars within a 28 day period must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Your car is, by choice, a Vintage, Veteran or Historic vehicle. Every effort is made to ensure the vehicle is kept in the very best condition. In the unlikely event of a breakdown on the day, Diamond Wedding Services will provide the best alternative vehicle at their disposal. A refund will be offered to the hirer based on the alternative supplied and will not exceed a standard hire charge less charges for alternative cars.

• The Chauffeur will arrive at the agreed “Pick up Point” on time; however, we cannot accept responsibility for delays en-route that is outside of our control.

• The Chauffeur can refuse to transport any customer who is disorderly or is, in their opinion, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
